Em 2004 Architekt Daniel Fügenschuh ZT GmbH- www.fuegenschuh.at está estabelecida em Innsbruck, onde opera desde então. Originalmente em 2000, o atelier do arquitecto foi fundado em Londres. Em 1996, uma primeira casa foi realizada logo depois de se formar, estabelecendo as bases para todos os passos seguintes.

Desde 2010, tem estado ativamente envolvido no trabalho de representação profissional dos arquitetos, após ter presidido a um centro de arquitetura em Innsbruck durante 4 anos.

Melhorou ainda mais a sua experiência prática em estratégias políticas e atividades de representação de grupos de interesse em prol de políticas arquitetónicas a nível da UE durante o processo por infração contra o direito profissional nacional austríaco. A Câmara austríaca e ele próprio, na qualidade de presidente da Secção dos Arquitetos da BKZT, estiveram muito envolvidos no processo de negociação na sequência do acórdão de 2019.

Desde 2022, é membro do Conselho Executivo da ACE e participa ativamente no ACE Think Thank e no projeto ARCH-E, financiado pela UE.

Elected to the Regional Council of the Order of Architects of Nord-Pas de Calais (France) between from 2013 to 2017, she served as General Secretary.

During her term, she was particularly committed to supporting young, registered architects, fostering a welcoming and educational environment within the institution.She actively participated in several Commissions and Working Groups, driven by a strong and dynamic commitment to advancing our profession. Notably, she contributed to the “Vie Professionnelle” Commission, which focuses on the diversity of our field and the role of women in architecture. Drawing on my professional experience,she also joined the “Design and Build” working group, helping to draft a charter of best practices for these types of contracts. In addition, Elisabeth played a key role in conciliation proceedings.

Elected to the National Council of the Order of Architects from 2017 to 2024, she was particularly engaged in issues of gender equality, legal matters, and the day-to-day functioning of the institution. Actively engaged in international collaboration with the International Union of architects and the Architects Council of Europe, she had the chance to represent the CNOA in work groups dealing with access to the profession, and practice of the profession. At the request of Pavel Martinek, she joined the ACE working group on artificial intelligence a few months ago. After discussions with Borys Czarakcziew, she decided to join the new working group created by Diego Zoppi, based on the former AMADA group, which deals with economic issues related to our profession.

Diego Zoppi, arquiteto (licenciou-se em 1987 - Faculdade de Arquitetura de Génova). Dedica-se ao Planeamento, Desenho Urbano, Regeneração Urbana, Restauração e Arquitectura. Ele assinou quadros da cidade, o projeto para o Centro Nacional de Remo, selecionado para a Bienal de Arquitetura de Veneza de 2006, praças, orlas e paisagens de espaços públicos localizados na Itália, no Oriente Médio, no Extremo Oriente. 

Cofundador da AR&P Architecture com outros colegas, participa com êxito em vários concursos de design (Redesenvolvimento da orla urbana de Génova-Voltri proveniente da área industrial – realizado, novo estacionamento e ligação à cidade histórica da República de São Marinho, numerosas cidades novas em torno de Xangai (China), restauração da cidadela de Nanquim (China), novo centro turístico na cidade histórica de Jiu Ji Jiao (China) e projetos como o Estádio de Natação em Hanói e a orla da cidade de Ho Chi Minh (Vietname), Redesenvolvimento do distrito central de Ryadh (Arábia Saudita), Centro de Inovação Solar Park (Dubai).  Vários projectos foram publicados em revistas especializadas (Casabella, Domus...).

Foi membro do Conselho (desde 2015 Presidente) no Conselho Provincial de Arquitetos de Génova. Desde 2016 é membro do Conselho Nacional Italiano de Arquitectos, Paisagistas, Planeadores, Conservatórios onde coordena o Departamento de Planeamento Urbano de Investigação e Desenvolvimento. Desde novembro de 2019, é membro da Comissão Executiva da ACE e coordenador da Área 2 da ACE «Prática da Profissão».

Carl Bäckstrand é um arquiteto e vice-CEO da White Arkitekter. White é mais reconhecido pelos exemplos visionários de arquitetura sustentável que enfrentam os desafios das alterações climáticas, da rápida urbanização e das injustiças sociais, como o True Blue em Bergen, na Noruega, e o plano diretor de 100 anos para a relocalização da cidade de Kiruna no norte do Ártico da Suécia.

Carl está desde há muitos anos focado em questões urbanas com um mestrado em Arquitetura na Universidade de Lund, seguido de estudos em Arquitetura Paisagista na Royal Academy of Arts em Copenhague e, em seguida, Design Urbano como um Visiting Scholar no MIT Cambridge MA. O envolvimento de Carl vai desde planos diretores e empreendimentos habitacionais até programas universitários e centros culturais na Suécia, Dinamarca, Reino Unido, Canadá e África Oriental.

Como membro do Conselho da Fundação ARQ e Co-Presidente do Conselho van Alen, a NYC Carl contribui para aproximar o negócio da ciência e construir novas parcerias estratégicas e como palestrante em conferências internacionais como a Greenbuild e em universidades como a Escola de Arquitetura de Estugarda.

Reto é um arquitecto suíço empenhado que dirige a sua própria clínica em Basileia. O tamanho do escritório é limitado pela procura de qualidade que tentam alcançar. Centra-se na conceção de cuidados de saúde, mas também está ativa no domínio da conceção de edifícios públicos e de habitações, das transformações e do património cultural.

Reto tem experiência como participante e/ou membro do júri em Concursos de Design de Arquitectura, como participante e/ou membro do júri. e experiência na promoção da alta qualidade da arquitectura em concursos.

Desde 2024, é membro do Conselho Executivo da ACE e membro do ACE Think Thank.

Architect and environmental policy expert, Dr Judit Kimpian is a versatile campaigner for UK and EU policy reform for an equitable net zero built environment. During 20 years in architectural practice, including a decade as Head, then Director of Sustainable Architecture and Research at AHR, she was responsible for the realisation of major international design projects and prominent cross-sector research into net zero architecture and building performance. Her work has informed the development of CIBSE and RIBA technical guidance and culminated in the book Energy|People|Buildings – Making Sustainable Architecture Work (RIBA Publishing 2021).

Judit works as an expert on the EU’s Net Zero Carbon Pilot Cities programme, is a member of the UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard Governance Board, chairs the Architects’ Council of Europe’s (ACE) Sustainable Architecture Group, and teaches net zero design and policy at UCL. She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and participates in design juries and Citizens Climate Assemblies.

Eugen Pănescu is an architect and urban planner, co-founder of Planwerk studio (Cluj, Romania). He contributed to the rebirth of public space and the transformation of the planning professional practice in Romania. He guided the Urban Design Studio at the Cluj Architecture Faculty on brownfields transformation.

As a fomer Executive Board member of the Architects Council of Europe and coordinator of the Baukultur thematic area, he followed the European Urban Agenda and the partnerships for culture in the European Heritage Alliance, for the wise re-use and cautious retrofitting of buildings and urban areas. He promotes the holistic approach on heritage through social and economic equity, linking innovative public governance in planning with civic action.

Istelianna Atanassova has a Masters degree in Architecture from the State University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria. She has realised architecture and urban planning projects in Bulgaria, Germany, Italy and Libya among others and has extensive experience in developing and carrying out business plans, project design and expertise, sustainable practices and innovations. 

She served as UIA Region II Vice-President for the 2021-2023 term. During the last UIA term, Ms. Atanassova was a Region II Council Member, Chair of the International Women in Architecture Committee and Member of the ICC Commission.

She is actively engaged with the international Forums for young architects in addition to being a member of the Board of the Union of Architects in Bulgaria and Honorary member of the Georgian Union of Architects.
