Mål og omfang av WG
The Regulatory Issues WG addresses regulatory matters and questions that fall outside the specific remit of ACE’s other dedicated Work Groups. It serves as a flexible, cross-cutting body for emerging or residual issues in the regulatory landscape affecting the architectural profession.
Additionally, the WG functions as a consultative and advisory resource for topics primarily handled within Area 1 and Area 2. This ensures coherent, expert input across overlapping or boundary-spanning regulatory challenges, while supporting ACE’s broader advocacy for a balanced and proportionate regulatory environment that safeguards professional integrity, public interest, and high-quality architecture.
