Objetivos y ámbito de aplicación

• Promote the value of quality architecture in urban planning and design, housing, heritage preservation, adaptive reuse, and sustainable urban mobility, highlighting its contribution to social cohesion while reducing risks through the integration of climate adaptation and safety principles in the built environment.
• Examine the strategic challenges of the construction ecosystem required to meet green and digital transitions, including renewable energy integration, circularity and reuse, digital product passports (CPR), off-site construction
• Explore synergies across Working Groups (WGs) and Thematic Areas, particularly in connection with the New European Bauhaus (NEB), addressing the built environment at multiple scales: buildings, neighbourhoods, and cities.
• Promote climate adaptation of urban housing stock, both newly built and retrofitted, so that it can effectively respond to current and future climate challenges.
• Provide strategic input and coordination for the NEB Housing Lab (ACE partner), including the identification of relevant topics and content.
