Join us during the NEB Festival!

The European Commission is organising the third edition of the Festival Nového evropského Bauhausu in Brussels (Belgium) from 9–13 June 2026.

The NEB Festival 2026 will explore, among other themes, the transformative power of democratic engagement in shaping more inclusive and sustainable communities. Particular attention will be given to affordable housing as a cornerstone of democratic participation, highlighting how citizens and local authorities can actively contribute to shaping their environments. In line with the NEB vision, the Festival will offer a space to rethink the built environment by placing first life, then spaces, and finally buildings.

On 11 June 2026, at COMET Brussels and online, the Architects’ Council of Europe (ACE) will co-host two key events exploring how Europe can deliver sustainable, inclusive and climate-resilient housing and renovation solutions.
