Complaint Procedure

The courses and all CPD materials registered in the ACE CPD Register are not subject to a quality check by the ACE. Students who encounter a problem during a CPD training are invited to use the form below to report it to the ACE, in particular if they consider that a system, a course or materials: 

a. do not comply with the ACE CPD Guidelines  

b. do not meet the information given by the System owner or the provider of the courses and/or material

The ACE will then notify the responsible Member Organisation that will analyse the claim and report back to the ACE. The ACE will proceed accordingly.
