Force<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u041d\u0430&nbsp;<strong>18 December 2025<\/strong>, the&nbsp;<strong>Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) on professional qualifications for architects between the European Union and Canada<\/strong>&nbsp;became legally binding and entered into force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MRA follows a\u00a0<strong>Joint Recommendation by the Architects\u2019 Council of Europe (ACE)<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>Canadian Architectural Licensing Authorities (CALA, now ROAC)<\/strong>\u00a0to the MRA Committee established under the\u00a0<strong>EU\u2013Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It enables\u00a0<strong>EU architects to
