The 2026 edition of the AMO Prize is now officially open for applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its creation in 1984, the AMO Prize has recognised a distinctive dimension of architectural practice: the quality of the relationship between the client and the architect. Rather than rewarding architects or commissioners independently, the prize celebrates collaboration, shared ambition and the dialogue that makes exemplary projects possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supported by the French Ministry of Culture, MAF Assurance and the Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts, the prize brings together leading actors from architecture, urban development and the built environment across France and Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AMO association itself unites architects and public and private clients around a common objective: promoting architectural quality as a driver for ecological, social and territorial transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A European Perspective<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Architects and clients from across Europe are invited to apply, notably through the TransEuropArchi<\/strong> category, dedicated to cross-border Franco-European collaborations. The category rewards projects that embody shared expertise, cultural exchange and common European values such as sustainability, innovation and social responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the 2026 edition, the AMO Prize is opening particularly towards four partner countries: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
