The Architects’ Council of Europe warmly welcomes the Joint Declaration \u201cEurope for Culture, Culture for Europe\u201d, signed on 18 June 2026 by the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, and the European Commission. The Declaration places culture at the heart of EU policymaking and recognises its strategic role in shaping Europe\u2019s future.<\/p>\r\n

A Shared Commitment to Deliver Affordable and Climate-Resilient Housing for All<\/p>\r\n

On 11 June 2026, the Architects’ Council of Europe joined Housing Europe, EUROCITIES, UN-Habitat and the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GlobalABC) in adopting the joint declaration \u201cDelivering Affordable and Climate-Resilient Housing for All\u201d at the New European Bauhaus Festival.<\/p>\r\n
