Council of Europe is the representative organisation for architecture at European level.<\/strong> Through its&nbsp;<strong>53 Member Organisations<\/strong>, a ACE representa os interesses de mais de meio milh\u00e3o de arquitetos de 36 pa\u00edses da Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its membership includes the regulatory and professional representative bodies from all EU Member States; Originalmente em 2000, o atelier do arquitecto foi fundado em Londres. Em 1996, uma primeira casa foi realizada logo depois de se formar, estabelecendo as bases para todos os passos seguintes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde 2010, tem estado ativamente envolvido no trabalho de representa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional dos arquitetos, ap\u00f3s ter presidido a um centro de arquitetura em Innsbruck durante 4 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melhorou ainda mais a sua experi\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica em estrat\u00e9gias pol\u00edticas e atividades de representa\u00e7\u00e3o de grupos de interesse em prol de pol\u00edticas arquitet\u00f3nicas a n\u00edvel da UE durante o processo por infra\u00e7\u00e3o contra o direito profissional nacional austr\u00edaco. A C\u00e2mara austr\u00edaca e ele pr\u00f3prio, na qualidade de presidente da Sec\u00e7\u00e3o dos Arquitetos da BKZT, estiveram muito envolvidos no processo de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o na sequ\u00eancia do ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o de 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde 2022, \u00e9 membro do Conselho Executivo da ACE e participa ativamente no ACE Think Thank e no projeto ARCH-E, financiado pela UE.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/li>                    \r\n<li>\r\n    <a href=\"#\" class=\"ace-popup-close\"><\/a>\r\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ace-cae.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-11-245x367.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n        <div class=\"ace-member-info\">\r\n        <h3>Elizabeth<br \/>GOSSART<\/h3>\r\n                    <p class=\"ace-member-country\">Fran\u00e7a<\/p>\r\n                            <p class=\"ace-member-function\">Vice President<\/p>\r\n                <div class=\"ace-member-content\">\r\n            \n<p>Elected to the Regional Council of the Order of Architects of Nord-Pas de Calais (France) between from 2013 to 2017, she served as General Secretary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her term, she was particularly committed to supporting young, registered architects, fostering a welcoming and educational environment within the institution.She actively participated in several Commissions and Working Groups, driven by a strong and dynamic commitment to advancing our profession. Notably, she contributed to the \u201cVie Professionnelle\u201d Commission, which focuses on the diversity of our field and the role of women in architecture. Drawing on my professional experience,she also joined the \u201cDesign and Build\u201d working group, helping to draft a charter of best practices for these types of contracts. In addition, Elisabeth played a key role in conciliation proceedings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elected to the National Council of the Order of Architects from 2017 to 2024, she was particularly engaged in issues of gender equality, legal matters, and the day-to-day functioning of the institution. Actively engaged in international collaboration with the International Union of architects and the Architects Council of Europe, she had the chance to represent the CNOA in work groups dealing with access to the profession, and practice of the profession. At the request of Pavel Martinek, she joined the ACE working group on artificial intelligence a few months ago. During 20 years in architectural practice, including a decade as Head, then Director of Sustainable Architecture and Research at AHR, she was responsible for the realisation of major international design projects and prominent cross-sector research into net zero architecture and building performance.
