On\u00a08 March 2025<\/strong>, we celebrate\u00a0International Women\u2019s Day<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0under the theme,\u00a0\u201cFor ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s theme calls for collective action to unlock equal rights, power, and opportunities<\/strong> for everyone, paving the way for a feminist future where no one is left behind<\/strong>. At the heart of this vision is the empowerment of the next generation<\/strong>\u2014particularly young women and adolescent girls<\/strong>\u2014as drivers of lasting change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs European architects, we are committed to championing gender equality and diversity<\/strong> within the profession to create inclusive workplaces<\/strong> for future generations. The A\/B\/C handbook<\/strong> serves as a dedicated toolkit designed by and for the architecture profession, offering practical knowledge and guidance to foster gender equality, diversity, equity, and inclusion<\/strong> at work. It supports organisations on their transformational journey towards more inclusive and responsible work practices<\/strong>,\u201d stated Ruth Schagemann, ACE President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
