The winner is entitled to\n a design commission, if such a commission is envisaged. b) of a project\n competition is entitled to the commission as formulated in the\n competition brief in accordance with Art. 3.3 and 13.3 g). As a rule,\n the full commission (100 per cent of the mission in accordance with the\n SIA recommendations for scales of fees) is envisaged. In ideas competitions, this sum amounts to three times (3\n x) the normative commission for similar contracted services; in project\n competitions the double (2 x) of the normative commission; in design and\n build competitions one and a half times (1.5 x) the normative\n commission. The applicable ordinary remuneration takes into\n consideration all the services demanded in the competition brief.
