Het dient als een onmisbare referentie voor iedereen die ge\u00efnteresseerd is in architectuur en de gebouwde omgeving.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het beroep nadert genderpariteit, vrouwen vertegenwoordigen nu 45% van professionals. De meeste architecten werken fulltime, en een aanzienlijk deel, 46%, eigenaars of opdrachtgevers van praktijken zijn, waarvan er vele als kleine, onafhankelijke ondernemingen opereren. Meer werk als opdrachtgevers nu vergeleken met 10 jaar geleden. De Europese bouwmarkt wordt gewaardeerd op \u20ac 2 600 miljard en architectenpraktijken hebben hier een aandeel van 1 procent in, wat een totale praktijkomzet van \u20ac 26 miljard oplevert. Particuliere woningen domineren deze sector en vertegenwoordigen meer dan de helft van het architectonische werk. Het doel is een centraal toegangspunt te bieden waar gebruikers een veelheid aan statistische informatie over Europese architecten, de architectuurmarkt en -praktijken in Europa kunnen zoeken, raadplegen en vergelijken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het ACE-observatorium is gebouwd met behulp van filters waarmee gebruikers kunnen kiezen om gegevens voor een bepaald land te bekijken of naar cijfers voor een bepaalde oefengrootte te kijken. Het ACE-observatorium is ontworpen als aanvulling op de ACE-sectorstudie en biedt extra diepgang.
