Council of Europe is the representative organisation for architecture at European level.<\/strong> Through its&nbsp;<strong>53 Member Organisations<\/strong>, ACE rappresenta gli interessi di oltre mezzo milione di architetti provenienti da 36 paesi europei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its membership includes the regulatory and professional representative bodies from all EU Member States; Originariamente nel 2000 lo studio di architettura \u00e8 stato fondato a Londra. Nel 1996 una prima casa \u00e8 stata realizzata subito dopo la laurea ponendo le basi per tutti i passaggi successivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal 2010 \u00e8 attivamente coinvolto nel lavoro della rappresentanza professionale degli architetti dopo aver presieduto per 4 anni un centro di architettura a Innsbruck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha ulteriormente migliorato la sua esperienza pratica in strategie politiche e attivit\u00e0 di lobbying per le politiche architettoniche a livello dell'UE durante la procedura di infrazione contro il diritto professionale nazionale austriaco. La Camera austriaca e lui stesso, in qualit\u00e0 di presidente della sezione architetti del BKZT, sono stati molto coinvolti nel processo negoziale a seguito della sentenza del 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal 2022 \u00e8 membro del comitato esecutivo di ACE e partecipa attivamente all'ACE Think Thank e al progetto ARCH-E, finanziato dall'UE.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/li>                    \r\n<li>\r\n    <a href=\"#\" class=\"ace-popup-close\"><\/a>\r\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ace-cae.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-11-245x367.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\r\n        <div class=\"ace-member-info\">\r\n        <h3>Elizabeth<br \/>GOSSART<\/h3>\r\n                    <p class=\"ace-member-country\">Francia<\/p>\r\n                            <p class=\"ace-member-function\">Vice President<\/p>\r\n                <div class=\"ace-member-content\">\r\n            \n<p>Elected to the Regional Council of the Order of Architects of Nord-Pas de Calais (France) between from 2013 to 2017, she served as General Secretary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her term, she was particularly committed to supporting young, registered architects, fostering a welcoming and educational environment within the institution.She actively participated in several Commissions and Working Groups, driven by a strong and dynamic commitment to advancing our profession. Notably, she contributed to the \u201cVie Professionnelle\u201d Commission, which focuses on the diversity of our field and the role of women in architecture. Drawing on my professional experience,she also joined the \u201cDesign and Build\u201d working group, helping to draft a charter of best practices for these types of contracts. In addition, Elisabeth played a key role in conciliation proceedings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elected to the National Council of the Order of Architects from 2017 to 2024, she was particularly engaged in issues of gender equality, legal matters, and the day-to-day functioning of the institution. Actively engaged in international collaboration with the International Union of architects and the Architects Council of Europe, she had the chance to represent the CNOA in work groups dealing with access to the profession, and practice of the profession. At the request of Pavel Martinek, she joined the ACE working group on artificial intelligence a few months ago. During 20 years in architectural practice, including a decade as Head, then Director of Sustainable Architecture and Research at AHR, she was responsible for the realisation of major international design projects and prominent cross-sector research into net zero architecture and building performance. Her work has informed the development of CIBSE and RIBA technical guidance and culminated in the book Energy|People|Buildings \u2013 Making Sustainable Architecture Work (RIBA Publishing 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judit works as an expert on the EU\u2019s Net Zero Carbon Pilot Cities programme, is a member of the UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard Governance Board, chairs the Architects\u2019 Council of Europe\u2019s (ACE) Sustainable Architecture Group, and teaches net zero design and policy at UCL. He contributed to the rebirth of public space and the transformation of the planning professional practice in Romania. He guided the Urban Design Studio at the Cluj Architecture Faculty on brownfields transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a fomer Executive Board member of the Architects Council of Europe and coordinator of the Baukultur thematic area, he followed the European Urban Agenda and the partnerships for culture in the European Heritage Alliance, for the wise re-use and cautious retrofitting of buildings and urban areas.
