The event gathered more than 70 participants from 31 LIFE CET projects to strengthen cooperation on skills for the green and digital transition in the built\u2011environment sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key moment of the meeting was the presentation of the new <strong>BUILD UP Skills Communities of Practice (CoPs)<\/strong>, developed under BUSUnited. These CoPs aim to create a collaborative, practitioner\u2011driven space where project teams and stakeholders can exchange knowledge, co\u2011develop solutions and accelerate the uptake of skills across Europe. The approach builds on the long\u2011standing experience of the BUILD UP Skills initiative and responds to the need for more coordinated, scalable and impactful skills actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ACE Co\u2011Facilitates the Community of Practice on European Synergies<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Architects\u2019 Council of Europe is pleased to <strong>co\u2011facilitate the CoP on European Synergies<\/strong>, which focuses on strengthening links between EU initiatives, improving coordination across programmes and ensuring that skills development efforts are aligned with policy priorities and market needs. This CoP provides a strategic platform for connecting the architectural profession with European\u2011level developments in sustainability, digitalisation and workforce transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Invitation to ACE Members<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ACE encourages its members to <strong>join the BUSUnited Communities of Practice<\/strong> and contribute their expertise to shaping Europe\u2019s future skills landscape.
