On 16 May 2025 at its General Assembly in Luxembourg, the Architects\u2019 Council of Europe presented its 2024 Annual Report & 2025 Outlook, summarising the organisation\u2018s activities for the previous year and plans for the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ACE Annual Report gives the reader a snapshot of the many important activities, studies, publications, and events carried out together with the support of the Creative Europe programme to raise awareness of the value of architecture and architects in many ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“In the light of the European elections, our work this year has reinforced ACE\u2019s mission to influence EU policies, advocate for the profession and drive innovation in architecture, all while fostering a more sustainable, competitive and resilient living environment. Maintaining our commitment to high quality architecture, we believe that architects are agents of change. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They possess the necessary skill set to help local communities reimagine their living environments. In collaboration with other stakeholders in the construction sector, architects contribute to a much needed paradigm shift toward more beautiful, sustainable and inclusive spaces.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, a policy framework is essential to enable architects to address contemporary challenges, complemented by the vital aim of learning from one another and thriving on shared knowledge.”<\/em>, highlighted ACE President, Ruth Schagemann.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
