The Business Center "Stanilov" achieves the primary objectives to recognize the balance of function, longevity, comfort and strong aesthetic values, in addition to the up-to-date on the most current building codes and inspirational design solutions. The Business Center "Stanilov" Ltd., Building I-1560, 1562, is conveniently located in the area of Manastirski livadi of Sofia city – 100 m away from the ring road and 10 min by car from the center of the capital. The design solution of the building includes functional, technical and architectural requirements and is fully consistent with Directive 20 EU 20 in terms of energy efficiency.

The five storey building is divided into two separate and independent from each other units - Block A and Block B, multipurpose hall, café and 700 sqm backyard turn into beautifully arranged garden with water streams open to the occupants.

Each independent unit of the building (Block A and Block B) is consisted of:

  • Underground parking lot with approximate capacity of 40-45 parking spaces (totally around 85-90)
  • Two separate reception entries of the building, each foyer brings distinguished outstanding design solution. The lobby of block A  has a ceiling of black glass and white glass walls combined with oval shaped column and curvilinear wall covered with designer art mural of platinum, gold, silver and glass-forming elements panel. In the foyer of the body B walls and ceiling are made from white glass with irregular shapes forming puzzle and combined with a wall of 15 sqm of natural vegetation around the resting and waiting area of the premise.

  • Innovative green solutions in office space – beamless structures, which give the opportunities for modeling different office space configurations; suspended ceilings and raised flooring for cabal, power and air distribution.
  • The common parts of the bodies outstand with original lighting solutions and are covered with granite flooring.


The terraces of the building have raised granite flooring with heating cables situated beneath it for easy maintenance and convenient use even during raining and snowing weather.

The architectural concept of the building’s façade depicts the duality in the conservative stable appearance dressed in contemporary high standard solutions such as: suspended façade in combination with natural stone granite, glass and aluminum composite panels with granite coverage.

The hall is equipped with facilities for simultaneous translation, sound effects, screenings and presentations performed. Its area of 215 sqm and height of 5 meters provide good acoustics in organizing various events. The multifunctional premise has English garden with natural touch of exotic flowers creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. The second exit of the hall is supported by futuristic construction of stainless steal and glass directing the visitor to the backyard garden.
