The Special Committee on the Housing Crisis in the EU is meeting on Monday 3 March 2025.
Debate with Dan Jørgensen, Commissioner for energy and housing, and Raffaele Fitto, Executive Vice-President for Cohesion and Reforms.

MEPs will discuss with the Commission how different Commission initiatives work together within the EU’s broader policy framework for affordable housing. The discussion will explore how the Commission supports member states in addressing the underlying causes of housing supply challenges and in mobilising public and private investment to promote affordable and sustainable housing solutions.
