Ein substantieller Auftrag muss mindestens dem dreifachen Wert der Gesamtpreissumme entsprechen. Der Gewinner \u03ba\u03b1\u03c0\u03ad\u03bb\u03bf Anspruch auf einen planerischen Auftrag, sofern ein solcher im Programm in Aussicht gestellt wird. \u03b2) eines Projektwettbewerbs \u03ba\u03b1\u03c0\u03ad\u03bb\u03bf Anspruch auf den Auftrag, wie er gem\u00e4ss Art. 3.3 und 13.3 g) im Wettbewerbsprogramm formuliert ist. In der Regel wird der volle Auftrag (100 Teilleistungspro- zente gem\u00e4ss SIA-Honorarordnungen) \u03c3\u03c4\u03bf Aussicht gestellt. \u0397 Reduktion der Teilleistungen er- h\u00e4lt der Gewinner zus\u00e4tzlich zum Preisgeld bzw. Ankauf eine Entsch\u00e4digung, welche dem gleichen Prozentsatz der Gesamtpreissumme entspricht, um welchen die Teilleistungen reduziert wurden. \u03b3) eines Gesamtleistungswettbewerbs erh\u00e4lt den Auftrag f\u00fcr die Planerleistungen und den Zuschlag f\u00fcr die Bauleistungen, wie sie gem\u00e4ss Art. 4 und 13.3 g) im Wettbewerbsprogramm formuliert sind.
