Your additional / clarification notes on this section: The RIAI Fitness to Practice procedure considers complaints against architect for breaches of the Code of Conduct and poor professional performance i.e. falling short of the standard expected of an architect in a specific situation. The Inquiry committee can only consider complaints that are serious in nature or a series of similar complaints that by their repetitive nature are serious. Therefore failure to comply with CPD requirements would not necessarily constitute a serious breach of the Code of Conduct.

Section 5 – Access to the Market
