This year, ACE reaffirmed its mission to advance architecture as a driver of the common good, promoting quality, sustainability and inclusivity in the built environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In collaboration with the ACE Member Organisations and thanks to the expertise of its work groups, ACE continued to raise awareness of the value of architecture and architects in a variety of ways, through advocacy, events, publications and involvement in EU-funded projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Europe is entering a new political cycle that demands clarity, courage, and collaboration. ACE has laid strong foundations, but the work ahead is significant.<\/em> Key priorities for the coming years include: – embedding quality-based procurement across Europe; – ensuring fair opportunities for SMEs; – advancing a Planning Services Directive; – supporting responsible digitalisation, including AI and industrialised construction; – positioning architectural quality as a core element of Europe\u2019s competitiveness and cultural resilience.”<\/em> \u2014 stated Carl B\u00e4ckstrand<\/strong>, ACE President<\/p>\n\n\n\n
